Professor Falliss, the sinister instigator of the events in Midnight Mossflower (click the [link] to read the story). He's an old owl who wants nothing better than to watch a bunch of strangers be forced to kill each other.

This picture was heavily influenced by the Great Owl from Secret of Nimh.
